In collaboration with the team from renowned speakeasy and cocktail bar, Employees Only, I-Beam Design has created Zeppelin for a prominent West Village location with a storied past of its own. Zeppelin recalls the glamorous design and service experienced by passengers privileged enough to travel aboard the legendary airships of the 1920s.  Upon arriving in New York City, Zeppelin clientele would continue to dine in luxury, at places like Delmonicos and The Stork Club.

Zeppelin provides customers with a glamorous trip back in time to a place with custom designed leather banquettes, terrazzo floors, brass hardware and lamps. Guests feast on classic delicacies like steak tartar, baked Alaska and Martinis prepared at the tableside by waiters in handmade suits from custom designed rolling carts.  Each of three large dining rooms features authentic memorabilia, lighting, décor and details down to the custom designed doorknobs.
